Sue Hudson

Partner

Sue graduated in 1987 with a degree in Music before training at KPMG and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. She then made the move to a smaller firm, becoming a partner in 1996. The firm was subsequently sold to a 2nd tier accountancy firm, and Sue continuted there for three years as a senior manager.

In 2001, she joined the Firth Parish team, bringing a wealth of experience, and became a partner in 2003

"When I graduated, I decided I wanted my own business. I thought training in accountancy would teach me about business, and then I'd move on. I never moved on, but I did get my own business; I just never expected it to be in accountancy! For me, being in accountacy isn't about maths or calculations; it's about learning about different businesses and the people that run them and using my knowledge to help my clients and their businesses achieve their goals, whatever they may be."
